TV Program On Marcelo Lucero Attacked

Suffolk County Executive Steve Levy has attacked a TV program set to air Wednesday on WLIW Channel 21 for not including him. The program looks at the attacks that led to the killing of immigrant Marcelo Lucero.Levy said “This is another example of media bias in their portrayal of this subject matter [and which] tends to focus on only Suffolk County. Well guess what? Hate crimes happen everywhere.”

Marcelo Lucero was, according to WLIW, murdered in Suffolk County.
